Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical store location for you to visit. We do attend the occasional market, time permitting. We suggest subscribing to our newsletter below or following us on Facebook or Instagram to hear about upcoming markets. We can still organise local delivery!

Why isn't the colour I liked last week/month/year available?

Due to the recycled nature of tshirt yarn, colours may be one offs, especially if they are a pattern or unusual colour. If you have a specific colour in mind that is not on the website, I suggest making an enquiry about a custom order. 

How do I compost my Hero Packaging mailer?

The mailer we send your purchase is compostable, at home compost them as "brown" materials and they will break down within 90-120 days. If you do not have a home compost you can visit Share Waste to find a local compost enthusiast near you! If the mailers do end up in landfill, they only take two years to break down compared to traditional plastic mailers which take 400 years!! I live overseas, can I get postage here?

We don't yet offer overseas postage, sign up for our newsletter and we will let you know when we do.
